Our Thanksgiving meal: lamb kheema made from local, grass-fed lamb, butternut squash curry, beets, cranberry chutney, and rice.
Main: Organic Turkey

Served with butternut squash purée, a roast chestnut thing (the bit at the back), and under the meat was cornbread stuffing. Unbelievably good. Katie avoids turkey, but one bite of this and she was singing a different tune.
Mains were served with six (!) sides: a potato mousseline, braised red cabbage, cranberry chutney, brussels sprouts with bacon lardons, parsnip ecrassé, and crispy baked sweet potatoes. All were astounding; I was particularly impressed by the cabbage, which was not at all cabbage-y, and the cranberry chutney.
